The historic Eiswerk building in Berlin, a 19th-century ice factory, had fallen into disrepair, underutilised in a rapidly evolving tech landscape. This transformation not only preserved the building's historical essence but also positioned it as a vibrant hub for innovation in Berlin's tech ecosystem. A 90% occupancy was acheived in the first year of operation with a NPS score of 80.
